碰到同样问题， 我问AI，帮我解决了，  我的是win7 64位 虚拟机，   报错的意思就是Erlang版本过低导致crypto库无法加载， 需要重新下载个高版本的， ai推荐我用 erl-24.3.4.13版本， 然后重新添加新版本到环境， 然后就不报错了
